Eligibility for Returns:
- Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are undamaged and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at sales@glamoaks.com or via our website at Contact Us. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Packaging & Shipping: Return the item(s) in their original packaging. Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the shipping label. Send your package to:

- Inspection & Processing: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be subject to a refusal or restocking fee.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please mention the desired product details in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Important Notes:
- Returns without a valid RMA number or those sent after 14 days may not be accepted.
